Maliki Shakur Latine, a community-minded person who is an inmate at Clinton Correctional, is looking for an attorney who could represent him, pro bono, in filing an Article 78 Petition to appeal an unfair parole denial. This is somewhat pressing because of the statute of limitations regarding the parole hearing.
